Hi! I’m Ruslan

A global tech founder who grew a few startups from zero to a few million dollars in annual revenue each. Raised around $30M. Built products with an NPS of 80 to 90. Hired 100+ people, and I am proud of where their careers went afterwards.

I like both 0 to 1 — like helping bina, an innovative AI-native international online school for ages 4–15, grow 10× — and scale-ups, like a leading B2C service marketplace with more than $500M GMV, where I was an EIR and led M&A deals, venture creation and more.

Now I lead an enterprise AI deployment project for a B2C scale-up, while rebuilding how I work from the ground up: agentic engineering, research, comms. I’m playing with my own ideas, and open to opportunities at that frontier.
